Select all eligible contacts without a selection cap. The CRM accepts up to 500 selected contacts per confirmed background batch, sends individual emails, and shows progress. Gmail may stop the batch before 500 because its rolling 24-hour limit includes messages sent outside this CRM. Any contacts not attempted remain selected. The manual Gmail option prepares the next 20.

Before sending

Only approved businesses with published emails and without a do-not-contact flag can be selected. For direct CRM sending, save the complete business signature here; the CRM adds it to each message. In the manual Gmail option, paste the copied message above your Gmail signature. Check the recipients in BCC, subject, message and opt-out line before sending. Gmail drafts created earlier are separate from the saved CRM drafts on this page.
