Information we collect

Forms may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, ZIP code, project answers, timing, notes and optional photos. Rental requests may include dates and equipment needs. We also record website activity and progress through estimate forms to understand how visitors use the site.

How information is used

We use request details to respond to you, assess the work, arrange follow-up and maintain business records. Providing contact details for a project does not enroll you in promotional emails. An optional, unchecked choice lets you request occasional service updates and offers by email.

Service providers and disclosure

We do not sell your project request or contact information as leads to other contractors. Providers help us operate the site and communicate: Netlify supports hosting, request storage and administrative access; Brevo may process notification emails when configured. Authorized personnel may access information needed for their work. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.

Business prospect outreach

For business-to-business outreach, Sunny Days may record publicly listed company names, categories, websites, business phone numbers and published business email addresses in a private prospect register. We use that register to review potential service fit, send individual commercial offers through our authorized Gmail account when selected by our staff, record contact dates and replies, and honor requests for no further contact. A company may ask us to stop outreach by replying to an offer or contacting us below.

Optional emails and your choices

You can request an estimate without choosing promotional emails. To withdraw your email preference or ask about your information, email sunnydaysconstructionllc@gmail.com with your request. Withdrawing from promotional emails does not stop communications needed to handle an active project.

Retention and security

We retain information as needed for requests, services, business records and applicable obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete information; some records may need to be retained. We use restricted administrative access and service-provider protections, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Website measurement and photos

The estimate process uses browser session storage and first-party activity measurements. Our custom analytics are designed to exclude names, phone numbers and street addresses; hosting providers may separately process connection information. Optional photos help evaluate the work. Submitting a private estimate photo does not grant permission to publish it for advertising.

Equipment interest measurement

Our equipment search records anonymous equipment selections and tool-name searches with no matching result to help plan rental inventory. A temporary browser-tab identifier suppresses repeated selections of the same equipment within a session of up to 24 hours. We retain aggregate weekly equipment reports for comparison. Enter tool names only, without personal or contact information. These measurements do not represent confirmed rentals or identify unique people.
