This website is operated by Sunny Days Construction & Maintenance LLC. These terms explain the online request process. They do not replace a project-specific estimate, rental agreement or service contract.

Requesting an estimate

Submitting a form asks Sunny Days to review your project and contact you using the details provided. A request does not confirm a price, reserve equipment or a crew, or commit either party to perform or purchase work.

Scope, availability and pricing

We review the location, requested service, trees or materials, access and other project details. A site visit may be needed. Any final scope, price, schedule, payment arrangements, cancellation terms or rental conditions must be agreed separately before the work or rental begins.

Your information

Please provide accurate contact and project details and submit photos you are authorized to share. Tell us about access arrangements and identify the person authorized to discuss work on the property. Do not send sensitive payment information through project notes or photos.

Communications

Sunny Days may follow up about your request and any agreed work. Promotional emails are optional and require the separate email choice. Declining them does not affect your ability to request an estimate or hire us. The form does not request authorization for prerecorded advertising calls or automated marketing texts.
